Montessori Academy was founded in 1982 by Dr. Virginia Remko, A.M.S. For over 36 years our school has been providing the River Region Region with quality education for those crucial early years. Our program is based on mutual respect, positive discipline, independence, multi-age classrooms, and self-directed, hands-on learning in order to give your child an authentic Montessori experience.
Our campus is comprised of three beautiful, homelike buildings and five shady playgrounds. We are conveniently located just off I-85, and we are only minutes away from downtown and Maxwell Air Force Base. We begin accepting children at 12 months, and we go through kindergarten.
